What is the GTHIC Return/Exchange policy?

You can return all your purchased products within 60 days of delivery.
Ensure that the product is not damaged and in its original shape and packaging. Gthic will reject your return request if it does not comply with these requirements.
Mention the reason for your return. If the product is damaged, click and upload/send the pictures to them as proof.
All the products are returnable, except for a few exceptions that include products purchased via special offers, gift cards, and personally customized products.

Are Customized Products Exchanged?

No, not unless the product is damaged, defective, or wrong. You can sometimes return the product but have to pay a 30% charge as the raw material fee.

Can I Ask for a Refund at GTHIC?

How to Raise a Refund Request?

Write to [email protected] mentioning the reason for your return.
Make sure to click pictures of all the items and attach them to the Email if they are damaged.
If the products are eligible for a return, you will get an email response from them, which will have a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
You would have to write that RMA number on the label of your box.
After receiving the return address, return the products within seven days.
After your products arrive safely, you will get a confirmation email from them and your refund soon after.
